THERE IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN REVOLUTION AND EXTERNAL SELF-DETERMINATION OR POLITICAL INDEPENDENCE By Uche Okafor Mefor
Biafra agitators must not be talking about "Revolution" in Nigeria as a means of getting Biafra restored unless what they want is a change of leadership or control of political power for a better one-Nigeria.
Political Revolution is a violent means of changing or gaining control of political power over the machinery of government at the centre in the same polity and often involves changes from the undesirable policies of an existing government to something more radically new and desirable. It involves a change of government or power in the same territory. Revolution in Nigeria for instance has nothing to do with secession or external self-determination/political independence.
It is impossible to have a political 'revolution' in Nigeria without a change of political power at the centre. At the same time, violence or hostilities in one or some parts of Nigeria while the remaining parts are peaceful and undisturbed or affected by the same remain what it is----simply an internal disturbance!.
Secession on the other hand simply involves breaking away from an already existing political entity. There is , therefore, a clear difference and distinction between Revolution and Secession. Any Biafran activist that advocates for the disintegration of Nigeria and talking about Revolution in Nigeria as a way of getting Biafra restored or getting political independence is mixing up the concept and therefore grossly mistaking in the circumstances.
VIABLE, WINNABLE APPROACH TO THE RESTORATION OF BIAFRA IN THIS 21ST CENTURY By Uche Okafor Mefor
It is only the Truth and total commitment to our vow to restore Biafra that will give us the desired positive result. We must more than ever before look inwards, we must focus on home front and deal with the disturbing issues therein. We must as a condition for success be all-inclusive from Izon, to Alaigbo, to Igala to Igbanke, to Efik to Ibibio et al. The Biafra we clamour for to restore must be one free of and from the pitfalls of the past and devoid of discrimination, encouragement of inequality, deception, propaganda, fake news and photoshop seen only in Nigeria, sectionalism, black apartheid mentality again only so far seen in Nigeria, divide and rule and armed twisting tactics, total disregard to rule of law, human rights and fundamental freedoms.We must implement in practice the demands of the International law requirements of self-determination on STATEHOOD as a people which for us remains a sensible, cardinal, guiding template.The Peoples' Consultative or Transitional Assembly or any other inclusive arrangement along that line------the true representative of the people from the different nationalities of Biafra mentioned above must be officially constituted or be given effect now. Any other thing outside this a missed opportunity that comes with it an undesirable effect only equal or equivalent to what is mathematically an "INVERSE FUNCTION".
ANY ALTERNATIVE TO THIS?
The only alternative to this is outright war which in itself is the only undesirable but last option.

Our conscious quest for/commitment to the guarantee of all the human rights and fundamental freedoms of all is the only way of guaranteeing of the viable,virile and egalitarian Biafran state we aspire to. It is the Biafra with the capacity to defend her citizens from aggression by the enemies and where rule of law reigns supreme with the attendant strong regulatory and enforcement institutions.This is ultimately an inexonerable reality and the irreducible minimum. We have no choice here!

I CANNOT ACCEPT THAT IPOB IS WHAT NIGERIA AND HER AGENTS CALLED HER. THE LEADER OF IPOB IS MAZI NNAMDI KANU AND REMAINS RIGHTLY SO By Uche Okafor Mefor July 2020
Indigenous People of has the right to exist. Nigeria has never wanted IPOB to exist and anybody who does not want IPOB to exist is a Nigerian agent. Most of these agents are on Facebook and other social media platforms. The response to these people is not SILENCE. SILENCE in the face of existential threat is NoT maturity. Expose every Nigerian agent against IPOB. Do live videos on them as well and bring out facts about them, not falsehood, not threat but give them the corresponding negative publicity that they deserve----the same way they do against IPOB. This is 21st century, the media/internet age. IPOB in their numbers must embark on these video broadcasting on Facebook, YouTube, twitter and Instagram and expose them for whom they are-----Nigerian agents and haters of IPOB who want IPOB destroyed.This counter offensive must be sustained for weeks , months and even up to a year if need be if we must defeat the Nigerian state. Remember, no threat on anyone, no false claim etc, simply make a case that these are Nigerian agents and the multiplier effect will give us the NEEDED VICTORY.
MESSAGE FOR THE COLLECTIVE AGENDA FOR CHANGE IN BIAFRALAND AT THIS STAGE OF THIS OUR RESTORATION EFFORT----EVERY GOVERNOR IN BIAFRALAND MUST MADE ACCOUNTABLE TO THE PEOPLE NOW AND NOT ONLY THROUGH THE BALLOT BOX THAT NEVER COUNTS
Now that we have fought Nigeria and overwhelmed her psychologically and spiritually (and what is now left of her is her carcass), we must bravely sustain the tempo, continue to keep them at bay at that level, remain resolute while at the same time legally deploying every energy and resources at our disposal----I mean anything and everything and especially our human resources capital prowess (which must be channelled) towards the political and security control of the entire Biafraland. Our overwhelmingly ,intimidatingly insurmountable numbers must be brought into the equation and subsequently be felt now in all official government corridors-------and henceforth, truly reflecting in the outcome of decision-making in all States in Biafraland. The same way we subdued Nigeria and won the intellectual argument globally is the same way we shall by vehicle of RESPONSIBLE DEMANDS DRIVEN THROUGH SUSTAINED CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE/LEGITIMATE MASS ACTION push through the AGENDA FOR CHANGE FOR OUR PEOPLE.
Put simply, the outcome of every decision-making and public policy initiatives must be a true reflection of the popular demand of the people of Biafra or otherwise, righteous indignation by the masses shall be unleashed through every permissible legitimate window. And since we are not yet directly there in government, the sitting government officials must listen to the people and we the masses in turn must through effective PROXY MECHANISMS effect positive outcomes and favorable results which are OURS and NoT theirs.
